We’re searching for a skilled professional to provide speech therapy services to students for the 2026/2027 school year. This role welcomes both SLP-CCC credentialed clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFY), offering an opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to student success. Flexible options are available, including both full-time and part-time contracts.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or pending Indiana state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • SLP-CCC preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
  • Passion for supporting students’ communication and language needs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Previous school-based experience is valued but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language support requirements
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of student progress and treatment
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluation reports as needed
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes student development
