You’ll work with schools across primary grades, supporting students with a range of speech and language needs and collaborating within robust educational teams—all while having the flexibility for adventure during your downtime.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC-SLP preferred (ASHA certification); no SLPA at this time
- Eligible for Indiana state licensure
- Prior school-based experience highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services, targeting individual IEP goals
- Manage diverse caseloads at elementary and intermediate levels (70–100 students, depending on assignment)
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district/state guidelines
- Collaborate with special education teams and general educators
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support
