School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Van Alstyne, Texas

What we're looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligibility for Texas SLP license (SLP-CCC or CFY status accepted)
• Strong skills in conducting speech and language assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering therapy to a diverse caseload
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• School-based experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students PreK–12
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine students’ needs
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
