What we're looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for Texas SLP license (SLP-CCC or CFY status accepted)
- Strong skills in conducting speech and language assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering therapy to a diverse caseload
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- School-based experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students PreK–12
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine students’ needs
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
