Step into a contract opportunity supporting students’ communication needs for the remainder of the school year. This position is based on a single campus, working directly with a caseload of 55 students. As a valued member of the school therapy team, you’ll collaborate closely with the lead SLP and have a direct impact in helping students achieve their educational goals. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through May 12th.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure; CCCs or clinical fellowship accepted
- Previous experience providing speech services in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and student documentation
- Comfortable working with a diverse caseload and collaborating in an educational environment
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students assigned to your caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Contribute to the creation and review of IEPs, maintaining compliance and documentation
- Maintain positive communication with teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in team meetings and support the lead SLP as needed
This position runs approximately 7.5 hours per day, five days a week, offering meaningful engagement and the ability to work on a single campus throughout the assignment.
