- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly favored

- Familiarity with IEP development and progress tracking
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments for students
- Develop and implement targeted treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student success
- Deliver direct therapy services individually or in small groups
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with school policies
- Consult with educators and caregivers to generalize strategies across school and home environments
