This full-time position is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist ready to provide support to a diverse caseload, primarily working with early childhood and elementary students, but ranging all the way to grade 12.
Your schedule will run from Tuesday through Friday, offering a focused, four-day workweek totaling 35 hours, with 8.75-hour workdays. You'll work alongside a supportive team committed to helping each student reach their communication goals in an engaging school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders (or about to graduate for those seeking CFY)
- Active (or eligible) state SLP license
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates seeking mentorship
- Understanding of IEP development and school-based therapy models
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Your Duties Will Include:
- Managing a caseload of approximately 50 students, with a focus on early childhood and elementary ages
- Conducting speech and language assessments and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Developing and monitoring students’ IEPs, collaborating with teachers and families
- Providing both group and one-on-one therapy sessions
- Keeping detailed records and progress notes
- Consulting with educational staff to foster a supportive learning environment
