Ideal candidates will bring:

  • A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • CCC certification from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain your CCC
  • State licensure or eligibility in California
  • Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Familiarity with IEPs, though this is not required
  • Confidence implementing AAC devices and technology in therapeutic practice

In this multifaceted role, you will:

  • Complete thorough assessments to identify and articulate needs related to speech, language, and swallowing
  • Create and implement individualized treatment programs using evidence-based interventions
  • Track progress meticulously and proactively update plans to ensure the best outcomes
  • Partner with educators, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, and families for holistic student support
  • Contribute to a positive interdisciplinary environment focused on student success
