As part of the special education team, you’ll collaborate with SLPs to help students reach their communication goals for the 2026/2027 school year, starting August 11, 2026. This full-time role places you at the heart of student progress and development—offering an engaging and meaningful career path with compensation between $35 and $40 per hour, as well as health, dental, and vision insurance.

What you’ll bring:

  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in California
  • Experience supporting or providing therapy in a school setting preferred
  • Background working with school-aged children, ideally with diverse needs
  • Knowledge of speech/language disorders and experience implementing therapy plans
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with SLPs, special education staff, teachers, and families
  • Strong documentation and reporting abilities

What you’ll do:

  • Provide direct speech and language intervention services to students under the supervision of certified SLPs
  • Assist in developing and implementing IEP goals and data collection
  • Carry out therapy activities as outlined by supervising SLPs
  • Monitor progress and document student outcomes
  • Maintain clear communication with staff and families
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to service planning
  • Support inclusive learning environments to foster student growth
