Make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school environment. Two full-time contract SLP positions are currently available—one requires a fully licensed clinician, and the other offers flexibility for either a licensed SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CF). Both roles are focused on providing in-person services to elementary-aged children with disabilities, including those who require varying levels of support, from mild to extensive.
What You’ll Need:
- Valid California SLP license required for at least one position; open to Clinical Fellows for the second
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with a range of disabilities and support needs in elementary students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Background in delivering therapy both individually and in small group settings
- Compassion and creativity in tailoring interventions
- Teletherapy experience is a bonus, though both roles are in-person on campus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to determine students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide direct therapy and consultation for students with a range of disabilities
