You will support a diverse caseload—50 to 55 students—across multiple locations, helping them build the communication skills essential for lifelong success. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligibility for NC licensure (SLP-CCC or CFY)
- Knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders
- School-based and/or healthcare SLP background
- Comfortable handling a caseload of 50-55 students across multiple grade levels
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms, a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to PreK through high school students
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring
- Consult with teachers and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teams
