Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- School-based SLP experience preferred, though not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support classroom integration and student success
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to professional development as needed
