Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington State
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • School-based SLP experience preferred, though not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support classroom integration and student success
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to professional development as needed
