This contract role runs through the end of the school year, with the possibility to extend as there is a significant demand for speech services. This assignment welcomes both experienced SLPs (CCC/CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA), focusing on a diverse pediatric caseload across school-based settings, with teletherapy opportunities as well. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families, helping students strengthen their communication and thrive in school and beyond. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or relevant field for SLPs; Associate’s/Bachelor’s for SLPAs
  • Valid state licensure and/or CTC credential; ASHA CCCs preferred but accepting strong CFYs and SLPAs
  • Experience with pediatrics and/or school-based caseloads (highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and compensatory service delivery
  • Comfortable with both in-person and teletherapy service models
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide speech-language services for students per IEP mandates
  • Deliver compensatory speech services to meet student goals
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Support a backlog of student cases, ensuring timely interventions
