Make an impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant K-12 district for the upcoming 26-27 school year. We’re seeking three dedicated, full-time professionals eager to support students’ communication and language development within a collaborative educational environment. The district values individual strengths and caseload preferences, aiming to create a tailored experience for every SLP.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellows
  • Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is a plus
  • Comfort with K-12 populations; flexibility to work across grade levels
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for students with a variety of communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ educational objectives
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support overall student success
  • Engage in professional development and keep current with best practices
