Make an impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant K-12 district for the upcoming 26-27 school year. We’re seeking three dedicated, full-time professionals eager to support students’ communication and language development within a collaborative educational environment. Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellows
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is a plus
- Comfort with K-12 populations; flexibility to work across grade levels
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for students with a variety of communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ educational objectives
- Participate in IEP meetings and support overall student success
- Engage in professional development and keep current with best practices
