Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
• Prior school-based experience is highly valued
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload and tailoring interventions for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments for students with speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for speech-language services
• Deliver evidence-based therapy, both in small groups and one-on-one sessions
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in IEP meetings
• Communicate progress and strategies to parents, teachers, and other professionals
