This full-time position spans August 2026 through June 2027, offering a dynamic experience working across a diverse district. You'll be a vital resource for students, delivering direct therapy and collaborating with educators and families to foster communication success in an inclusive setting.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Comfortable working with a K-12 caseload, addressing varying levels of need
  • Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities
  • Demonstrated skills in assessment, report writing, and creating IEPs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic care
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic strategies to support student achievement
  • Support district-wide initiatives as the sole full-time SLP, serving all grade levels
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal mandates
