School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Vero Beach, Florida

Several contract-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions are available, with flexible part-time schedules (14-21 hours/week) or the option to combine roles for a full-time position (35 hours/week). Locations include campuses in Port St. Lucie and Ft. Pierce, fostering both collaborative and independent environments.

Your assignments may include:

• Tradition Lakes (Port St. Lucie): Focus on 4th–8th grade students; collaborate with another onsite SLP.
• Manatee K-8 (Port St. Lucie): Service K–8 students within a dynamic and experienced SLP team.
• C.A. Moore K-8 (Ft. Pierce): Deliver resource therapy to PK–8th grade as the primary SLP on campus.
• White City Elementary (Ft. Pierce): Serve a small, close-knit elementary school (excluding pre-K and self-contained populations).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Florida SLP license required.
• School-based and pediatric caseload experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team.
• Flexibility to move between campuses as needed.
• District credentialing, including fingerprints (acceptable from AHCA clearinghouse if previously completed), and onsite badge pickup prior to assignment start.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy, completing evaluations and progress monitoring for assigned caseload(s).
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families for optimal student outcomes.
• Document services and maintain compliance with district timelines.
