Position Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior K-12 school-based experience preferred, but motivated CFYs are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress tracking
• Engage in district and school meetings as needed
