Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP-CCC certification
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain before starting
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfort delivering individualized and group therapy sessions

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop effective treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs and documented goals
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed for continued student growth
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, families, and the onsite facilitator to ensure comprehensive support
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member
