Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible SLP state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
- Prior experience in K-5 or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and school documentation
- Proficiency with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and consultation services for approximately 60 students
- Maintain accurate and timely student records and reports
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students' educational and communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, ensuring student-centered care
