Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Vicksburg, Michigan

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Current licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Michigan
• Experience working in school-based settings, particularly with PreK-3rd grade
• Expertise in pediatric speech and language development
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess and document student progress, maintaining thorough and compliant records
• Collaborate with teachers, other related service providers, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations
• Provide strategies and resources to support classroom success
