You will work a consistent 40-hour week, engaging students and partnering with educators to foster communication growth.

Desired Skills & Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Holds or is eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in schools, pediatrics, or teletherapy is highly valued
  • Strong rapport-building and communication abilities with children, families, and staff
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a dynamic school environment
  • Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs, conducting assessments, and maintaining thorough records

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in primary school-aged students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and group therapy sessions, tailored to meet each child’s needs
  • Monitor student progress, adapting approaches to maximize outcomes
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with school and regulatory standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to support the success of each student
