A school district in Villa Park, Illinois is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position supports an elementary school caseload in a collaborative educational environment focused on helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve academic success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services and maintain required documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Caseload
- Approximately 55 elementary students
- Resource and general education settings
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required.
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs), SLPAs, and virtual candidates will not be considered for this position.
Education
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
