Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in school-based settings is valuable, though new graduates with a strong interest in education are welcome.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for contributing to student growth and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Participate in meetings with educators, administrators, and families to review student goals and strategies.
• Offer consultation and training to teachers and staff to facilitate supportive classroom environments.
• Stay current on best practices and state regulations in speech-language pathology.
