Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current and valid SLP-CCC certification
  • Possession of active Educator Certificate
  • Demonstrated experience with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, particularly those who are non-verbal
  • Familiarity with school-based services and best practices for individuals with complex needs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services for a caseload of 30–35 students within a single school setting
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, behavioral staff, and families to foster student progress
  • Monitor and document student outcomes, adjusting strategies based on ongoing analysis
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards
  • Onboard with a blend of three days onsite and two days virtual orientation
