Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current and valid SLP-CCC certification
- Possession of active Educator Certificate
- Demonstrated experience with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, particularly those who are non-verbal
- Familiarity with school-based services and best practices for individuals with complex needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services for a caseload of 30–35 students within a single school setting
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, behavioral staff, and families to foster student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes, adjusting strategies based on ongoing analysis
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards
- Onboard with a blend of three days onsite and two days virtual orientation
