Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This role offers a consistent schedule, a single-site assignment, and the opportunity to work with a specialized student population.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP through End of School Year (EOSY)
• ESY: July 6th – August 21st
• NSY: 2026–2027 school year continuation
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• School Sites: 1 assigned location

Caseload & Responsibilities:

• Caseload of approximately 30–35 students
• Ages 7–21
• High-level autism population, many non-verbal students
• Provide direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, and support IEP development and implementation
• Collaborate with staff and families to support student progress

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Pennsylvania SLP license
• Pennsylvania Educator Certificate required
• Experience with autism and non-verbal populations strongly preferred

• Virtual 1:1 interview
• Onsite visit required prior to offer
• Flexible scheduling for interviews
• Offer extended after successful onsite visit
