Key Skills and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY candidates considered)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred but not required
  • Confidence delivering both direct and indirect services to a diverse population
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an educational team

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage a manageable middle school caseload, assessing, developing, and implementing IEP goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with school requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • No additional district duties—focus exclusively on your SLP responsibilities during contracted hours
