Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid SLP licensure (or eligibility) for the state
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, ranging from preschoolers to high schoolers
• Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of a variety of assessment tools and therapy techniques for both individual and group settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in PreK-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ specific needs and IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility determination meetings
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Provide therapy sessions individually or in small groups, adapting methods as needed for age and ability
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate records of student progress and document all services as required
