Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, active SLP license (state-specific)
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred

  • Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans for students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely progress reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and fellow therapists to support student success
  • Provide consultation and guidance to teachers on integrating communication strategies in the classroom
