Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active SLP license (state-specific)
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong skills in evaluating and treating a range of speech and language disorders
- Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans for students
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain accurate and timely progress reports and documentation
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and fellow therapists to support student success
- Provide consultation and guidance to teachers on integrating communication strategies in the classroom
