This onsite position gives you the flexibility to choose full or part-time hours, working with students from PreK through 12th grade in a collaborative, supportive setting near Vinton, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments for a diverse student caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
  • Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language therapy services across grade levels
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues to promote student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation aligned with state and district policies
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, team discussions, and student support processes

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid (or eligibility for) Virginia SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are warmly encouraged to apply
  • Strong skills in communication, organization, and interprofessional collaboration
