What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active Virginia SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Enthusiasm for supporting students’ communication needs in a school setting

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students across all grade levels
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy to students
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear, accurate records that meet all state and local requirements
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development as part of a supportive team
