What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active Virginia SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Enthusiasm for supporting students’ communication needs in a school setting
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students across all grade levels
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy to students
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain clear, accurate records that meet all state and local requirements
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development as part of a supportive team
