Assignments begin between late February and mid-March 2027 and conclude mid-June 2027, with a consistent weekly schedule of 35 hours. Each role is 100% onsite—remote or hybrid options are not available—ensuring you remain actively engaged with your students and school community.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current, active Virginia SLP license in good standing
• Experience working with school-aged populations, preferably PK–5th grade
• Strong understanding of IEP development, therapeutic intervention, and educational collaboration
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to full onsite presence—no remote or hybrid options

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language assessments and deliver targeted therapy to your assigned caseload
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
• Maintain thorough documentation aligned with district, state, and federal requirements
• Provide consultative support to teachers and participate in team meetings
