Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid licensure as an SLP in the state of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
• Recent experience working in educational settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy sessions based on each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Provide direct intervention and consultation services and contribute to the development of classroom accommodations
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as requested
