Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates will also be considered
• Previous experience managing school-based speech/language caseloads is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective student, staff, and family collaboration
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to K-12 students in both individual and group settings
• Participate in assessments, conduct screenings, and help determine students’ eligibility for speech/language services
• Collaborate with special education teams to write, review, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed session notes, progress reports, and all required documentation within established timelines
• Communicate progress and strategies with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and staff professional development as needed
