Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to collaboration, flexibility, and student advocacy

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students in various grade levels
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
