Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
• Previous experience providing speech therapy in K-12 schools is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and the special education evaluation process
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and identify communication disorders through standardized testing and observation
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique speech and language needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services within individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress and related services
• Partner with teachers, parents, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Contribute to IEP meetings, case conferences, and school-wide initiatives as a valued team member
