Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before starting)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment is strongly valued
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide engaging speech and language therapy in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Complete and maintain required documentation, progress reports, and compliance paperwork
  • Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
  • Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere for all students
