Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible state SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in school settings (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication needs
• Deliver therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student success
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide consultation and support to educational staff on speech-language interventions
