School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Visalia, California

With a weekly commitment of 37 hours, you'll be a critical presence for students with communication needs, managing a caseload of approximately 55-60 across a supportive district.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services for students on your caseload
• Collaborate with educators, families, and district specialists regarding student progress and strategies
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district guidelines and special education requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings as an active team member
• Support the development of inclusive classroom strategies for communication
