Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Prior experience working in schools desired, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and support staff to facilitate student progress
- Document services provided and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the interdisciplinary team
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and families as needed
