Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to culturally responsive and evidence-based practices
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage caseloads effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students for speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with the IEP team
• Deliver direct therapy, both individually and in groups, targeting speech and language goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records, documentation, and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and IEP conferences as needed
• Engage in continuing education and professional development
