Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current, active SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous experience supporting school-aged children with speech and language needs is preferred
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload across various needs
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus, but not required
  • A collaborative and flexible approach to working with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, diagnostics, and direct interventions for students with speech and language challenges
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success
  • Document student progress and engage in regular communication with all stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal educational standards
