Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in South Carolina required
- Experience in a school setting preferred, especially with elementary grades (K-5)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and create individualized therapy plans
- Comfortable supporting students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and consultation for students on assigned caseload
- Participate in student assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff
- Engage and update families on student progress and strategies for success
- Attend meetings, trainings, or consultations as required by the school team
