Skills & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings ideal
• Teletherapy experience a plus; confidence with digital therapy platforms highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ IEPs
• Provide direct therapy—either on-site or via teletherapy platforms—to enhance students' communication abilities
• Maintain thorough records and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and team discussions as needed
