Skills & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings ideal
- Teletherapy experience a plus; confidence with digital therapy platforms highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ IEPs
- Provide direct therapy—either on-site or via teletherapy platforms—to enhance students' communication abilities
- Maintain thorough records and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and team discussions as needed
