Whether you are an experienced SLP-CCC or a recent graduate seeking your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), you’ll work alongside a collaborative special education team dedicated to providing exceptional services.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or ability to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required for CFY candidates
  • Strong understanding of K-12 school environments and individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and student growth

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of communication disorders in students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support each student’s learning goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports according to school policies
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services within classroom and small group settings
