Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license, or eligibility, in Hawaii
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Familiarity with student registration processes or administrative office experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor student progress
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
  • Oversee student registration processes, ensuring all records are accurate and secure
  • Coordinate with school administration and families for smooth student enrollment and information updates
  • Address any registration-related concerns or questions from staff or families promptly
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss student needs and school objectives
