Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) required
  • Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for a wide range of speech and language disorders
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy and interventions in both individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide culturally sensitive services to diverse student populations
  • Adjust strategies as needed to meet goals and monitor student progress
