Speech Language Pathologist 2026/2027

We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based speech therapy services in Waldorf, Maryland. Qualifications
• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting student development and success

Position Details

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning
