Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Hold a current, valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates also encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with diverse student populations, including those with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience with IEPs and school-based documentation is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify speech, voice, language, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely records, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluate student progress, and adjust goals as needed
- Provide education, resources, and strategies to teachers and families
