Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Hold a current, valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates also encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with diverse student populations, including those with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Experience with IEPs and school-based documentation is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify speech, voice, language, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate, timely records, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, evaluate student progress, and adjust goals as needed
  • Provide education, resources, and strategies to teachers and families
