Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina SLP License (LLR) and Teaching Certificate (or eligibility to start pending certification)
- Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Experience with school-age populations; pediatric background preferred
- Comfortable with mild caseloads including AAC, ASD, and non-verbal students
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and progress monitoring for a defined caseload at Blue Ridge Elementary
- Collaborate with a team of 17 district SLPs for professional growth and case consultations
- Develop and implement IEPs, utilizing evidence-based practice and technology (AAC)
- Communicate effectively with families and educational staff
- Support students’ language, communication, and academic needs onsite
