Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year Candidate (CFY) status
- Previous experience in pediatric or school settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing elementary school caseloads (K-5)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and provide direct and consultative therapy
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling efficiently
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
