Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year Candidate (CFY) status
  • Previous experience in pediatric or school settings strongly preferred
  • Comfortable managing elementary school caseloads (K-5)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with students, teachers, and families
  • Ability to conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and provide direct and consultative therapy
  • Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling efficiently

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
  • Deliver engaging therapeutic interventions and group or individual sessions
  • Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and required documentation
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, team planning, and school initiatives
