Whether you are a seasoned clinician holding your Certificate of Clinical Competence or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year, your contributions will directly support student achievement and success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • CCC-SLP credential or in progress of completing CFY
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with pediatric caseloads
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and families
  • Commitment to upholding best practices in speech and language therapy for school-age children

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to a caseload of 45-55 elementary students
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student development
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines
  • Implement evidence-based interventions designed to meet diverse student needs

You’ll work traditional school hours, from 8:50 a.m. to 4:10 p.m., enabling a healthy work-life balance and the chance to see the impact of your work throughout the academic year.
