Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP credential or in progress of completing CFY
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with pediatric caseloads
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and families
- Commitment to upholding best practices in speech and language therapy for school-age children
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to a caseload of 45-55 elementary students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student development
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines
- Implement evidence-based interventions designed to meet diverse student needs
You’ll work traditional school hours, from 8:50 a.m. to 4:10 p.m., enabling a healthy work-life balance and the chance to see the impact of your work throughout the academic year.
