Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain before start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services for an elementary caseload (45-55 students, grades K-5)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Document progress, manage caseload efficiently, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Maintain professional standards and compliance with state/federal requirements
