Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current or eligible Texas licensure
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with AAC devices and assistive technology
  • Solid understanding of IEPs and compliance
  • Experience in school-based settings is highly valued

Role Overview:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Design and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Partner with educators, caregivers, SLPAs, and OT/PT professionals to deliver a team-based approach
  • Closely monitor progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes
  • Maintain precise clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with state and local requirements

Position Information:

  • Contract role available as either full time or part time
  • On-site presence is preferred for optimal team collaboration
