Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ware Shoals, SC

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or holder of a valid SLP-A credential
• South Carolina SLP or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly valued or open to those in CFY
• Background in K-12 school-based services; experience with secondary education and/or itinerant caseloads preferred
• Proficiency in teletherapy a plus, but not required
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement both individual and group therapy
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in a school-based setting
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Consult, collaborate, and communicate with teachers, families, and staff
• Travel between sites as needed for itinerant services
• Maintain accurate records, evaluations, and progress reports
• Support students using best practices in both in-person and virtual modalities
